Estimate Validity:
The estimate provided by New Way Van Life, LLC is valid for a limited time and is subject to change without notice. It represents an estimate of costs based on the options selected and does not constitute a binding agreement or contract.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms for the estimated costs will be outlined in the final agreement or contract between the customer and New Way Van Life, LLC. Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods may vary based on the specific terms negotiated.
Product Availability:
The availability of products, options, and accessories may vary and is subject to change without notice. New Way Van Life, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without obligation to update the estimate.
Limitation of Liability:
New Way Van Life, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the estimate, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to the estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the final agreement or contract between the customer and New Way Van Life, LLC.
Governing Law:
The estimate and any resulting agreement or contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Final Sale:
All sales are final once payment is received.
